Job Descriptions :
- Lead the team to generate and create various activities to achieve sales target
- Responsible for overall sales achievement and to provide sales activities reports to Head Office
- Exercise due diligence and care in the implementation of the strategic plans in the company
- Monitor the branch team to comply with all relevant rules and regulations
- Initiate comprehensive training and ensure the team acts professionally at all times
- Attach to market news and inform management and all dealers of any sensitive information and significant news
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Equity Sales or Stockbroking.
- Possess a valid WPPE license (Broker-dealer license from Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan, Indonesia - Bapepam LK)
- Strong client base and networking
